Seventh Reformed Church (Grand Rapids, Michigan) Seeks a Minister of Evangelism and Youth
June 15, 2009: June 2009 In nearing her 120th anniversary, WRF member Seventh Reformed Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan, seeks, by God’s grace, to build on the strengths of her heritage while looking to increase effectiveness in ministry and outreach going forward.
Specifically, the congregation— 1. Seeks to call a Minister of Evangelism and Youth, who will help the congregation supplement her presence in the city and the region via her twice-weekly radio broadcasts, with more proactive outreach to the local community. 2. Notes Senior Minister Dr. Tim Trumper’s recent regular participation in TNT Network’s internationally broadcast “Ask the Pastor” program. 3. Anticipates hosting a World Reformed Fellowship Conference on Practical Calvinism over the forthcoming Reformation Day weekend, to coincide with the 500th anniversary of the birth of John Calvin.
